Left turning arrow on Lawrence to turn onto Cicero heading south
The intersection of Lawrence & Cicero is a very busy one. There needs to be a turning arrow for drivers turning into Cicero heading south because it is often difficult to see oncoming traffic heading east on Lawrence. This is a safety issue.

Although this corner needs a left turn arrow for safety (because of the bridge), I question why it would cost $500K to install one. Also, if one is installed, it should be left on the arrow only because the viaduct obstructs vision. Left turners at this point pose a risk to pedestrians. Also, why is there a park speed limit just west of Cicero on Lawrence? Where's the park?
I am in complete agreement with Marijo Readey, I would also suggest that clear bold signage stating the height of the bridge on Cicero South of Lawrence, trucks get stuck there frequently causing traffic to be backed up for extended periods of time.
The corner of Lawrence and Cicero has minimum pedestrian traffic. There is a left turn signal at Foster onto Cicero where there is no viaduct and appears to be more pedestrian traffic due to the business in the area.
