Stop Light At LaBaugh Woods Enterance
Propose to install stop lights at Foster and Kilbourn Ave to make it safer for pedestrians crossing and cars turning left from Kilbourne or exiting from Labaugh Woods parking lot.

I am in favor of this proposal because not only would it provide a safer way of facilitating traffic flow in/out of the park (as well as ped. crossing), a light here would also slow traffic down. Another commenter mentioned that this part of Foster Ave. between Kostner and the light at Target is essentially a drag strip and this is true. As for pedestrians, the only option of crossing the street relatively safely is at Kostner or Cicero. The light at Target/Edens is a bit treacherous due to the high speed some drivers use when coming or going onto the expressway or the Target parking lot, as well as the fact that there are 4+ lanes of traffic to cross from all directions.
