Residents, business owners and visitors will benefit from beautification along with this stretch of W. Bryn Mawr Ave., which needs attention to support new and emerging businesses.

This proposal has been rejected because:

This block is being redeveloped as a multi-unit mixed-use development. The facade will be saved. The Alderman's Office and the Hollywood North Park Community Association worked together with the developer on the proposal.
